It can only be wielded by players who have 60 Attack and have completed the Monkey Madness I quest. Not due to any stats or whatnot; don't know the difference between the weapons, but because the Scimitar looks cooler. Idk the right answer but my arclight ran out for like 10 sire kills without me even noticing it was a darklight again. darklight still smacks hard on demons. dragon scimitar is way better. Dragon scim > dragon sword (no quest reqs) > granite hammer. all depends on your account build, if you are 60 atk and have completed MM (but do not go back for the extra xp) then D scim all the way until 99 str unless you are going for 75 atk.
